Registration
Isbell Group International accepts online
credit card registration for our educational seminars through a third
party secure server. We also accept registration over the phone
or via emailed or mailed registration forms. Please contact us if
you have any questions or problems relating to the registration process.

Cancellation
Should a seminar be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, you have
the option of transferring your registration to another seminar or receiving
a full refund.

Refunds
Should you be unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered
please contact us. We will be happy to transfer your registration
to a later seminar. Full refunds are available ONLY IF YOUR CANCELATION
IS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Partial refunds
may be available for last minute cancellations. Please contact us
for more information on cancellations.

Should you
be dissatisfied with any Isbell seminar you
attend please contact us and give us the opportunity to address your complaint.
If we can not resolve the issue to your satisfaction we will refund all
or part of your registration fee.
